Insurance Options
I am an In-Network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC and can submit claims through this insurance company as a courtesy. Please contact BCBS or look up your mental health/behavioral health coverage details to determine co-payment and deductible amounts.
I can also provide the information needed for you to file and get reimbursed for Out-Of-Network insurance benefits from other companies.

An initial consultation to discuss my availability, “fit,” treatment options, and/or to begin working together can be scheduled either online (by clicking the button below) or by calling me. I look forward to providing any information you may need to help determine the best next steps for you or your family.
Rates
Initial Phone Consultation (15-20 minutes): Free
Clinical Assessment (first session) – 90 minutes: $175
Individual Therapy Sessions – 50-55 minutes: $120
Family Therapy Sessions – 50-55 minutes: $130
Group Therapy Sessions – 50-55 minutes: $60
A “Pay as Much as You Can” waiver and/or payment plans may be available with prior discussion and a written agreement when warranted; this ensures greater access to services for all community members. Please let me know if you would like more information about possible payment waivers or alternate plans.
